We are writing to update you in regards to what Minnovare is doing to support our clients and team members during the current situation relating to COVID-19.
As a priority we have already implemented a business continuity plan to protect our team and ensure continuity of operations. We will continue to closely monitoring all developments and maintain regular contact with our suppliers, our clients and their teams, in Australia and overseas.

Remote Implementation, Training and Technical Support.
For some time, at the request of our clients, we have been developing a remote implementation and training package. As a result of COVID-19 we have prioritised the completion of this program, which will enable our team to oversee the implementation, training and ongoing use of Minnovare technology without the need for a physical presence on site.
For clients currently limiting the movement of people accessing their operations, we can now perform new implementations, as well as all required training and ongoing support, remotely. Using our Minnovare CORE platform our clients can also maintain visibility across onsite drilling activities, whilst working remotely.
